The idea for The Woodlot began with a simple question from founder Kocanda:
"What if sustainable materials and innovative design could create a luxury getaway unlike anything else on Prince Edward Island?"
Inspired by modern architecture and a passion for creative building solutions, Kocanda envisioned transforming shipping containers into beautiful, high-end accommodations that blended seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
